Early Arrivals
Based on previous reunion feedback, there have been requests for optional activities to take place on Friday morning/afternoon. If you happen to be arriving well before check-in and are interested in getting together with a group of others, please let us know.
Check-In
Please pick up your name tags and hats/shirts, and validate your directory details upon arrival. There are two check-in options for your convenience. If you can't make it on Friday evening, please reach out to Monica/Kiley via email to get checked-in.

Evening Activities
Head over to The Historic Florence (a 0.1 mile, 3 minute walk from the hotel) as soon as your arrive in town if arriving late!

6:30-9:00pm (Small) Talent Show and Family Trivia Night @ The Historic Florence
Talent Show: Reach out if you have a must see act to perform - goal to have about 5-8 acts.
Mudd Family Trivia: Compete with your assigned Olympic Teams! More details to come.
Optional Morning Activities
Feel free to join for the activities below or enjoy your morning doing something else around Missoula!
Saturday Markets - Open @ 8am, walkable from hotel // Meet in the lobby @ 8:30am if you'd like to go as a group.
Missoula Farmers' Market: Missoula’s original farmers’ market - fresh local veggies, fruits, and meats
Clark Fork River Market: A local favorite - fresh bread, pastries, jam, flowers, plants, etc.
Missoula People's Market: A local artists’ market - jewelry, paintings, woodworking, mugs, etc.
Hike the M - Meet in the lobby @ 8am if you'd like to hike with a group.
10am - Set Up Crew (at the Fort), led by David Roach, Thomas Flies, and Thomas Haggarty - If you would like to help set up the venue for afternoon activities, please meet at The Fort at 10:00am.
Afternoon Activities
Please do not be late for family photos. We will be starting promptly at 11:30am.
Babysitters will be at The Fort to help with little ones that need a nap in the afternoon.
11:00-11:30am - Arrive at Northern Rockies Heritage Center 30 Fort Missoula Road, Missoula, MT 59804
11:30am-1:30pm - Family Photos and Lunch
Specific order for family photos will be posted at Heritage Center and announced by Monica/Kiley.

1:45-3:00pm - Olympic Games, led by Brandan Haggarty, Luke McCullough, Nick Conley, and Pat Roach
Team assignments will be posted at the Heritage Center and announced by your Olympic Games organizers.

Ropes Course with Missoula Parks & Rec!
Kids will need tennis shoes, hair pulled back, comfy clothes, and a water bottle.
Adults

Attire: Summer cocktail casual.

Note: Please bring a credit/debit card or cash for the bar.
8:30-10:30pm - Family Dance Party (After the adult dinner, all kids are welcome to join on the dance floor!)
10:30-11pm - Cleanup

8:00-9:00am Mass @ St. Francis Xavier (a 0.4 mile, 10 minute walk from the hotel) *optional
8:30-11:00am Farewell Breakfast - Banquet Room of Residence Inn by Marriott
Note: Hot breakfast ends at 10am. Please make sure to arrive in time to fill your plate.
11:00am Hotel Check-Out
